In the form of softgels, linseed oil is easy to dose and convenient to consume. The soft capsules are known for being easy to swallow.

One soft capsule contains 1000 mg of linseed oil with 526 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), 168 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 221 mg of oleic acid (omega-9). The added natural vitamin E protects the fatty acids contained in it from oxidation.

Linseed oil capsules from ViVe Supplements - quality

The linseed oil in this dietary supplement from ViVe Supplements is obtained from the seeds of the Linum Usitatissimum plant (linseed, flax). The oil is cold pressed and processed gently. No chemical solvents are used in the cold pressing process. ViVe linseed oil meets all European limits in terms of environmental pollution such as pesticides, contaminants, peroxides, etc. It is also regularly microbiologically tested to ensure consistently high quality.

Recommended consumption:
Adults take 1 softgel daily with a meal and plenty of water.
