Indole-3-carbinol combined with broccoli powder
Indole-3-carbinol belongs to the group of so-called secondary plant substances and is produced by many plants in the cruciferous family. These include, for example, types of cabbage such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi and kale.
This vegan dietary supplement from ViVe Supplements contains 250 mg of indole-3-carbinol and 250 mg of broccoli powder per capsule. This results in 500 mg of indole-3-carbinol and 500 mg of broccoli sprout powder per daily consumption of 2 capsules.
The combination of both active ingredients ensures the guaranteed proportion of indole-3-carbinol and also offers the broad spectrum of ingredients in broccoli sprouts.

One can of I3C from ViVe contains 120 vegan capsules. If you consume 2 capsules of indole-3-carbinol daily, you will be supplied with the herbal active ingredient for 60 days.
The handy can weighs 130 grams and has a clever dosing lid. The Indole-3-Carbinol capsules are sealed airtight with a seal, which must be removed before being taken for the first time.
Note: You will notice a strong smell when you first open it. The smell of indole-3-carbinol is typical of sulfur-containing brassica vegetables such as broccoli. It is completely natural and does not represent a reduction in product quality. Since we do not use unnecessary additives that can mask the smell, it is possible that it penetrates more or less intensely. The smell becomes less strong if you leave the can open for some time.
