Iron as a dietary supplement
The iron complex from ViVe Supplements is highly dosed with 25mg per capsule and daily dose. The bivalent iron is available in three different , easily bioavailable forms.
Iron is an essential trace element that the human body cannot produce on its own. If iron intake through food is insufficient, there is an increased need or an iron deficiency, regular intake is recommended.
Iron is the most common trace element in the body and can be found in the liver, spleen and red blood cells, among other places.
For more energy and less fatigue
Iron is assigned many important functions. The element supports the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin as well as the transport of oxygen. The function of the immune system and energy metabolism are also supported. But the micronutrient can do much more, as it also contributes to the normal functioning of our cognitive function. Anyone who suffers from tiredness and exhaustion should have their iron levels checked and, if necessary, supplement iron in the form of a dietary supplement. p>
Iron in food
The best sources are of animal origin, as meat, liver, eggs and fish contain bivalent iron, which the body can absorb and use very well.
Vegetables such as spinach, peas and lentils, as well as whole grain products, also contain a high proportion of the trace element, but it is contained there as trivalent iron, which unfortunately has a poor usability in the body. In this case, absorption and usability can be improved with vitamin C.
Our capsules contain only bivalent iron from non-animal sources, so the iron capsules are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Recommended consumption:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water.
