Muira Puama capsules

Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides) is a small tree that is native mainly to northern South America and Brazil. Here it grows preferably in the rainforest, where it avoids excessively wet soil.
Rich in secondary plant substances
As Muira Puama is currently considered relatively unknown, the small tree has only been researched to a limited extent. However, it is certain that Muira Puama is rich in secondary plant substances, which include lupeol and beta-pinene. Lupeol can also be found in grapes, mangos and olives. Beta-pinene, on the other hand, can be found in caraway, fennel or coriander.
Recommended consumption:
Adults take 3 capsules daily, divided between meals, with plenty of water.
