Vitamin K2 + D3: Micronutrients for maintaining normal bones
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 are the ideal team for bones. While vitamin K2 ensures that calcium that circulates in the bloodstream actually reaches the bones, vitamin D3 promotes the absorption of calcium from food. This way, the calcium gets to where it's supposed to go.
Since both vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 are fat-soluble vitamins, we recommend consuming this K2 + D3 nutritional supplement from ViVe Supplements together with healthy fats or oils as part of a meal.
Vitamin K2 as natural menaquinone MK-7
There is not just one vitamin K, but it comes in different forms. Vitamin K2 or menaquinone (menaquinone) is one of three types of vitamin K. The other two are vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and vitamin K3 (menadione).
There are different chemical variants of vitamin K2. This dietary supplement from ViVe Supplements contains the natural menaquinone MK-7, which is extracted from natto. Natto is a Japanese dish traditionally made from fermented soybeans.
Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol
Cholecalciferol (also Vitamin D3, Colecalciferol or Calciol) is the most important physiological form of vitamin D in non-plant organisms. It can be synthesized by the body from cholesterol under UVB radiation and absorbed through food. The micronutrient is particularly involved in calcium metabolism and thus in bone formation and breakdown.
- Recommended consumption: Adults take 1 capsule every ten days with a meal and plenty of water.
- Note: The recommended consumption amount must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
