The yam root (Dioscorea villosa L.) has been part of the human diet for centuries. The tropical tuber is considered to be extremely valuable, especially in the regions of southern China, South America and West Africa. The yam root is also known as wild yam. It tastes similar to potatoes or sweet potatoes and, like them, contains a lot of starch.

Hilft bei Wechseljahrsbeschwerden
Wild Yams 500mg hat mir sehr geholfen, meine Wechseljahrsbeschwerden zu lindern. Seitdem ich die Kapseln regelmäßig einnehme, habe ich weniger Hitzewallungen und fühle mich insgesamt wohler. Natürliche Hormonunterstützung
Seit ich Wild Yams 500mg einnehme, habe ich eine deutliche Verbesserung meines hormonellen Gleichgewichts bemerkt.
